The Hanging of the World

He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. Job 26:7

Thousands of years before scientific proof of the earth’s being suspended in space, Job, through God’s inspiration, wrote these dynamic words. What a God we serve. What sweet heritage is ours. What beauty and magnificence; wisdom and Divine Thought.

Looking at that picture of the world, it makes me realize how minute we really are and yet God loves us so much. He said even the “very hairs of your head are all numbered” Matt. 10:30.

Picture this – The world and you or me standing on earth in this picture, we are just a tiny speck against the back drop of this scene and yet God knows how many hair folicles each and everyone of us have – I stand amazed at His greatness!

Thanks for making me remember how great my God is, there is NOTHING that he can’t do.
